Special needs support in Dubai.
Dubai is where we are based and where we do the most work. Assessment, therapy, classroom support and parent coaching all run here, in your child's own school and your own home — not in a waiting room on the other side of the city.
What we can actually deliver here.
Frequency matters more than proximity. Every provider says they cover all seven emirates. Far fewer will tell you where that stops being true.

Getting to you
Our office is in Al Khawaneej 1, but almost none of the work happens there. A practitioner travels to your child rather than the other way round, which matters more than it sounds: a skill that only ever appears in a therapy room has not transferred yet.
The honest constraint
Anywhere in Dubai, an intensive plan of three or four sessions a week is deliverable. This is the only emirate where we will say that without a caveat.

Not an exhaustive list. If your community isn't here, it almost certainly still applies — ask.
Assessment, therapy, classroom support, coaching.
The same five stages everywhere — what changes between emirates is how a schedule is built, not what the plan is made of.
Functional needs assessment
Sold on its own, at a fixed fee. Plenty of families take the report elsewhere.
Stage 03 · BuildTherapy and clinical intervention
The most intensive stage, deliberately. Data against the goals every session.
Stage 04 · TransferLearning support in school
Supervised LSAs working to your school's IEP, with a handover plan agreed before day one.
Alongside stages 03–05Tutoring and academic support
Curriculum help that works to the same goals as everything else, and stops when it should.
Stages 03–05Parent coaching
Because a strategy that only works when a professional is in the room is not a strategy.
When a school says it can't support your child.
Private schools in Dubai are regulated by KHDA, which publishes an inclusive education policy framework. The direction of that framework is not ambiguous: children with additional needs are students of determination, schools are expected to admit them, and a place is not supposed to depend on whether a family can fund a one-to-one assistant.
If a Dubai school has told you it cannot meet your child's needs, that is a conversation worth having with the school's inclusion lead in writing, and with KHDA directly if it does not move. We will help you put the case in writing. We are not lawyers and this is not legal advice — but a written functional assessment is usually what turns that conversation from opinion into evidence.
KHDA
Knowledge and Human Development Authority
Dubai has the largest concentration of private schools in the country, across British, American, IB and MoE curricula, and most of them have a SEN coordinator carrying more cases than they can properly supervise. That is usually how a family first hears our name.
British, American, IB and MoE. An LSA or tutor works from what your child's class is actually doing, and we ask the school for it directly rather than guessing.
You don't need a diagnosis to talk to us.
Formal diagnosis stays with independent clinicians we neither own nor pay. Our assessment is functional — what your child can already do, and what gets in the way.
Autism
Support built around how your child already communicates, not around making them appear typical.
Attention and self-regulationADHD
Support that changes the demands around a child, not just the child's effort level.
Literacy and numeracyLearning differences and dyslexia
Structured teaching for the specific skill that is missing, and a plan to stop.
CommunicationSpeech and language delay
Communication that works in real life, with whatever method gets your child there fastest.
Developmental supportDown syndrome
Long-horizon support with the same discipline about reducing as everything else we do.
Physical access and participationCerebral palsy
Making the classroom and the routine work, alongside the medical team rather than over them.
Regulation and environmentSensory processing differences
Changing what the environment demands, so regulation stops costing your child the whole day.

What we take on, what we don't, and why we say so before you commit.
Straight answers.
Do you come to our school in Dubai?
Yes. School observation is part of the assessment, and classroom support at the Transfer stage happens in your child's own classroom. We work to the school's IEP rather than beside it, and clearances and documentation reach the school office before a first day, not after it.
We're in Dubai but our child's school is in Sharjah. Is that a problem?
No, and it is common. The assessment covers both settings wherever your child actually is — the school observation happens where the school is, the home work happens where you live. Tell us the two addresses on the first call and we will tell you honestly what frequency is realistic.
How quickly can we start in Dubai?
Faster here than anywhere else, because this is where most of the team is. The honest answer depends on what the assessment finds, and we would rather give you a real date on the call than a marketing one on a webpage.

Reading around it
What schools here are expected to do.
The policy, the regulator, and what to send when a school says it cannot help.
Tell us what you've noticed.
Twenty minutes on the phone with someone who does this every day. No assessment, no cost, and no obligation to become a client at the end of it.
If we're not the right people, we'll tell you who is. That includes naming providers we don't own, and it costs you nothing either way.
